Company History :

Our president, Takako Kinomoto, discovered her passion for the food industry during her pregnancy and maternity leave, leading her to become a certified vegetable sommelier. Driven by a desire to provide safe and healthy food options, she transitioned to the fresh produce sector, where she honed her skills in sales and processing of fruits and vegetables. This journey inspired the founding of Mina Co., Ltd. on June 2, 2016

Fresh produce distribution and sales

・国内流通、パッキング加工

皆様に安心してたべていただけるように、おいしさだけなく食の安全にもこだわりをもつ日本全国の農家さんの有機や特別栽培、無農薬の青果物を幅広く販売しております。また販売流通だけでなく、パッキング加工のご対応もいたします。

・輸出入販売

Global G.A.P.認証を取得されている農家さんのものも多く扱っており、主に東南アジア、北米の小売店、飲食店向けの輸出に取り組んでおります。近年、増えつつある日本産青果物に対する各国への規制の対応のサポートもいたします。また輸出のみでなく、海外からの青果物の輸入卸販売にも取り組んでおります。

・Domestic Distribution and Packing Processing

We offer sales, distribution, and packing processing services for organic, specially cultivated, and pesticide-free fruits and vegetables from farmers nationwide in Japan.

・Import and Export

We handle the import and export sales of Japanese fruits and vegetables, including products from producers certified with Global G.A.P.

野菜ソムリエ資格を保有のスタッフが、ベビーフードの商品開発のサポートをさせていただいております。また加工食品や飲食店様への原材料のご提案、お探しのものを調達するサポートもしております。

・GLOBAL G.A.P. 認証取得サポート

世界的に認められているGLOBAL G.A.P. 認証の取得サポートをいたします。安全でかつ持続的な農業を保証するGLOBAL G.A.P.は、安心安全な青果物の栽培に取り組んでいるという証明となり、海外への輸出の際にも積極的にアピールすることができます。

・Food Coordination

Our staff, who hold Vegetable Sommelier qualifications, provide support for product development. We also offer assistance in sourcing ingredients for processed foods and restaurants.

・GLOBAL G.A.P. Application Support

We offer support for obtaining GLOBAL G.A.P. certification.
